By browsing this website or buying a service through it you agree to be bound by the terms below, which govern the relationship between you and Advoq.

These terms set out how clients engage us to carry out the services described on this site. They take effect from the date of your first payment for a service. "We" and "us" mean Advoq, registered at 11878, 701 Tillery Street Unit 12, Austin, TX 78702, Travis County, United States. "You" means the visitor or client.

Use of the site

The content here is provided for general information and convenience, and we may change it without notice.

Unauthorised use of this site may give rise to a claim for damages or be treated as a criminal offence. You may not link to this site from another website, document or medium without our prior written consent.

Where the site hosts comments or public discussion, they are there for genuine views and questions. They must not be used for spam, commercial advertisements, or links to malicious sites. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any comment or submission that breaks those rules.

Services and payment

Work begins once the scope has been agreed in writing and the first payment has been received. Fees, timelines and deliverables for each engagement are set out in the proposal for that engagement.

We may be unable to accept or must cancel certain orders, for reasons including inaccuracies in service or pricing information, technical problems, or suspected card fraud. We may ask for additional verification before accepting an order. If we cancel after your card has been charged, the amount is refunded to that card.

Cancellation by you

Unless stated otherwise you are not entitled to cancel an order placed on this website.

Where you subscribe to a service, you may cancel up to one month before the service is due to be provided and receive a full refund less any bank charges. Between one month and fourteen days before, we may at our discretion refund fifty percent, less any bank charges. Inside fourteen days, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Intellectual property

Deliverables transfer to the client once the engagement has been paid for in full. The material on this site, including text, graphics and design, remains ours unless credited otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

Use of this website and any dispute arising from it is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Travis County have jurisdiction.
